Terms of sale
What you get when you buy Parikshak.
Last updated 16 October 2026.
What you are buying
A licence to install and use Parikshak. It is an annual licence, at the price shown in your currency, with tax added where it applies. You can pay for the year in full, in advance. That costs at least 15% less than 12 monthly instalments. Or you can pay in 12 monthly instalments, each invoiced in advance. If you choose instalments, you owe the whole year once the licence starts. Stopping the instalments doesn't cancel what's owed.
- One seat. One person, on one computer at a time.
- The seat moves. If you install on a new computer, the seat goes there. The old computer's dashboard has a button to take it back.
- For as long as you like. The software does not expire. Your copy keeps working, at the version it is entitled to, whether or not you ever pay again, unless it has been changed in a way the licence doesn't allow.
Who can buy
You can buy Parikshak if your company is incorporated in the United Kingdom, the European Union, Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Switzerland or the United States. Parikshak asks where before you buy, and won't sell anywhere else. If your company has branches or subsidiaries in the Gulf, you may use Parikshak for their work too. Your company buys the licence and holds it.
If a log you bring in tells of a branch or subsidiary outside the UK, the audit lists the entities its testing covers. If your company is incorporated in the UK, its report carries the internal-audit notice for a group, which says who may audit such an entity and that the report was prepared without reference to that place's law.
Paying
You buy from Polyglyph Analytica Ltd. Stripe processes the payment for us. It is not the seller.
Our prices are set before tax. At checkout, Stripe Tax adds any VAT or sales tax due, worked out from your billing address. If you buy for a business and give its tax number, the reverse charge applies and no tax is added.
At checkout you agree to these terms. If you're buying as a consumer, you keep your 14-day right to cancel, even after you've downloaded Parikshak.
We send your invoice and receipt.
Trying it first
You can use Parikshak free for fourteen days from the first time you use it, with nothing to pay and no card asked for. When the trial ends it stops until you buy.
Updates
Your licence includes every update while it is paid up. New versions arrive on their own. Each instalment you pay moves your updates on a month. A year paid in full moves them on twelve months. If an instalment is missed, or the year ends, your copy keeps working exactly as it does that day, unless it has been changed in a way the licence doesn't allow. New versions stop arriving, security fixes included, and Parikshak shows a notice saying it is missing security and product updates. Reaching the dashboard from your phone stops too, because it runs for as long as updates do. When you pay what's owed, your copy gets the updates it missed. A licence bought once, before annual licences began, keeps its twelve months of updates, and then you can move to an annual licence. Your licence renews into the next year by default, paid the same way. You can turn renewal off in the licence panel on your dashboard before the year ends. While card payments aren't open, renewal sends you an invoice. It never charges a card, and we don't keep a card on file.
What Parikshak does not do
- It is not a statutory audit. It gives no audit opinion or assurance of any kind. Only a registered statutory auditor can give those. Its reports, working papers and response packs are an aid to internal review, and a suitably qualified professional should review them before you rely on them.
- It does not say whether you comply with any law. It tests the controls your products run, from their signed logs.
- It never decides for you. Approving an audit's plan, releasing sealed employee details, issuing a report, accepting a finding's risk and recording that you sent a pack are always yours.
- It does not send anything. It prepares a response pack for you. Sending it to your auditor is your choice, and you do it yourself.
- It asks where your company is incorporated first. Until you say, it does no work.
It uses your own Claude subscription. Parikshak is a plugin for Claude Code and runs on the Claude plan you already have. That plan is not included in the price, and Claude's own terms and usage limits apply to it. Parikshak is not affiliated with Anthropic.
The data in your logs
Parikshak keeps the logs you bring in on your computer, and your own Claude reads what each agent's job needs. You decide what goes into Parikshak and you are responsible for the personal data in your logs under the law that applies to you.
What you may not do
You may not copy, share, sell, rent, sublicense or otherwise redistribute Parikshak or any part of it, including the licence file inside your copy. You may not remove or work around the licence check. You may not reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble it, except to the extent that the law where you live allows this regardless of these terms.
You may change the instructions Parikshak's agents follow, for your own use of Parikshak. You may not change Parikshak, or any part of it, so that it does work another Polyglyph Analytica product does, or uses a feature, rule pack or capability your licence doesn't include. If a copy has been changed in this way, its check fails and it stops working, and we don't support it. Restoring the copy we supplied makes it work again. The licence check tells us whether your copy has been changed. It never sends what you changed.
Refunds
You can get a full refund of a licence year within 30 days of its start. After that the year stands. The refund policy has the whole of it.
No warranty
Parikshak is provided as is. Polyglyph Analytica does not promise that its tests find every problem, that a sample finds every deviation, or that it is free of errors. The absence of a finding does not confirm that a control works. It tests only the entities, records, periods, samples and controls it states. To the extent the law allows, Polyglyph Analytica is not liable for any loss arising from its use. Nothing in these terms takes away rights the law where you live gives you as a consumer.
Your data
Everything Parikshak works on stays on your computer. What leaves it, and why, is set out in the privacy policy.
Changes
The terms on this page on the day you buy are the ones that apply to your purchase. If they change, the date at the top changes with them, and a change never takes away a licence already bought.
